FAQ
Yes, this is one of the key advantages of a professional tour guide system. By using multiple transmitters on different frequencies, several groups can be guided completely in parallel without interfering with each other. Each group hears exclusively their own transmitter.
This is particularly useful at trade fairs, factory visits, museum tours, or company walkthroughs, where different visitor groups simultaneously follow different routes or need to hear different content. The groups can be in the same area without any overlap or interference.
We carefully plan the frequency setup in advance and ensure that all transmitters and receivers are correctly configured. This way, even a complex tour with multiple parallel groups runs reliably and without interruption.
Per transmitter, we recommend a group size of up to 20 people, 30 at most. This has nothing to do with the technology — a radio signal can theoretically reach any number of receivers simultaneously. In practice, however: beyond a certain group size, the quality of the guided tour suffers. The guide loses track, follow-up questions become difficult, and the experience for participants becomes less engaging.
For larger groups, we simply use multiple transmitters in parallel — each guide leads their participants on their own channel, without interference. This way, even 200 or 500 people can be served simultaneously, in clearly structured subgroups.
We deliver the receivers in the required quantity, pre-configured and ready to use. For multi-day events, we also plan charging logistics and spare devices.
We deliver all receivers cleaned and disinfected — for us, this is not an optional service but a standard we take for granted. Especially at events with multiple consecutive groups, where the same devices are used several times a day, proper handling of the equipment is important — for the well-being of participants and for the professional appearance of your event.
For day events with multiple rotations, we additionally recommend using disposable ear cushions. We can supply these on request, allowing each participant to receive a fresh, hygienically clean ear cushion — without the receivers themselves needing to be fully cleaned between groups.
We discuss the hygiene solution with you in advance so that it fits your schedule, group size, and timeline.
