Huddle Room / Small Meeting Rooms
Huddle rooms are the most frequently used spaces in modern offices – and at the same time the most frequently under-equipped. A small screen, a USB microphone and a laptop webcam simply aren't enough for a professional meeting, especially when external partners or remote colleagues need to be included.
We integrate AV systems for small meeting rooms that work professionally despite their compact size. Ceiling microphones pick up all participants evenly, a wide-angle camera covers the entire room, and a high-quality display ensures presentations and video feeds are shown clearly and without distortion. Everything is controlled via a single touch panel or automatically when a laptop is connected.

The boardroom is the most representative space in any company – and it places correspondingly high demands on AV technology. The display needs to be large enough for presentations to be legible for everyone. And when remote participants are involved at the same time, you need camera and microphone technology that works with the room's acoustics and dimensions.

FAQ
That depends largely on the complexity of the system and the condition of the room. A simple huddle room with a display, soundbar and video conferencing system can be installed and commissioned in a single day. A fully equipped boardroom with custom-programmed room control, ceiling microphones, multiple displays and cabling requires two to five days depending on the scope – plus planning and preparation time.
What matters most is preparation. Are cable routes already in place? Is there access to cable ducts and ceiling voids? What groundwork needs to be done by electricians or building services? We sort all of this out in advance, so the installation runs smoothly and the room is out of action for as little time as possible.
In many cases yes – but it depends on the devices. Newer displays, cameras or speakers can often be incorporated into a new system if they have standardised interfaces. Older or proprietary technology, on the other hand, can sometimes be difficult to integrate and may make the overall system less stable or harder to use.
Given that development cycles have shortened considerably, it's especially important to factor this into planning. The technology installed today shouldn't be outdated within a year.
That's why we analyse existing equipment upfront and assess whether continued use makes sense or whether replacement is the better call. Our goal isn't to replace as much as possible – it's to build a system that works reliably. If an existing device improves or complements the system, we use it. If it weakens it, we recommend a replacement – and explain why.
With a rental solution, the equipment arrives for a specific event, gets set up, operated and taken away afterwards. That makes sense for one-off events – an AGM, a large company event, a conference with special technical requirements.
Permanently installed conference room technology is integrated into the room and ready to use every day. No setup, no teardown, no briefing before every meeting.
