AV over IP

With event rental, the equipment arrives for a set period, gets set up, operated and packed away afterwards. That makes sense when you're planning a one-off event – a conference, a company event, an AGM.
AV system integration is fundamentally different. The technology is permanently installed, tailored to the room and connected to your existing infrastructure. Display, microphones, camera, control, signal distribution – everything works together as a single unit, ready to use every day.
The key difference isn't necessarily the technology itself, but how it's used. If you have a room used daily for meetings, you need a permanent installation. If you're planning occasional larger events, equipment rental is the better fit. We do both – and we'll give you honest advice on which solution makes sense for your situation.
Yes – and in practice, that's far more common than a complete new build. We analyse in advance exactly what's there and what can be reused. Which cable routes are already in place – and whether they can be reused or need to be replaced? Which construction allows which mounting solution?
