Project Manager Event Technology (m/f/d)

Location: The Cue Group Berlin
Employment: full time
Start: as soon as possible

From the first conversation to the final touch.

For our Berlin location, we're looking for a project manager who takes ownership: you advise clients and agencies on technical solutions, plan, calculate, and are on site yourself during the event.

Whatever stage a project reaches you at, you make sure it becomes a technically successful event.

What awaits you

  • You advise clients and agencies on technical solutions for their events and are the primary point of contact throughout the entire project
  • You take charge of the technical planning of events, from the initial concept to final implementation
  • You create quotes and calculations and negotiate them independently with clients and agencies
  • You technically implement clients' ideas and make sure their vision becomes reality at the event
  • You oversee the setup and teardown of event technology on site and ensure a smooth process
  • You accompany events live and act as the responsible point of contact for clients and the technical team during execution
  • You identify sales potential with existing clients and actively contribute to acquiring new ones

Your work connects concept and execution, without friction in between.

What you should bring

  • Experience in event technology, for example as a project manager, technician, or in a comparable position
  • Strong technical understanding of sound, lighting, video, or stage construction
  • A sales-oriented mindset and enjoyment of direct client contact
  • A structured way of working, even across several parallel projects
  • A confident manner and the ability to make decisions with authority
  • Flexibility and willingness to accompany events on site — sometimes in the evenings or on weekends
