We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tanja Menz as managing director at PAM/events in Berlin. PAM/events is a franchise partner of The Cue Group. Starting May 1, 2026, Tanja Menz will support current managing director and owner Mike Bertsch in leading the company.
With this new leadership structure, we are creating the foundation for the next stage of growth: as CEO, Mike Bertsch will focus more strongly on the strategic development of PAM/events and The Cue Group in the future. Tanja Menz will primarily oversee sales, new business development, process optimisation and human resources.
The Cue Group is an event creator network headquartered in Wiesbaden, with locations in Mainz, Berlin, Munich and Düsseldorf. Our company was formed through the merger of B+B Technik & Events and PAM/events. On January 1, 2026, we launched as a new franchise system within the event industry.
With a current team of 90 employees and a vision of 500 franchise partners within the next ten years, we are positioning ourselves as a premium brand with the highest quality standards.
The appointment of Tanja Menz as managing director of The Cue Group’s Berlin location is part of our international growth strategy. At the same time, it is a deliberate signal: the next stage of growth requires leaders who know how to build organisations, create structures and lead teams to exceptional performance.

15 years of event expertise at the highest level
Tanja Menz brings more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and event industry. Most recently, she served as Director of Group & Event Sales at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin — one of Germany’s most prestigious hotels. Since joining the hotel in November 2015, she continuously took on greater responsibility and most recently led a team of several employees.
Her career also includes positions at The Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich and RAMADA PLAZA Basel.
With her experience, leadership skills and strong connection to the Berlin event industry, Tanja Menz is a valuable addition to PAM/events in Berlin and to The Cue Group. We are very much looking forward to working together and to the next steps within the network.
