Most events are in the calendar long before anyone knows what they will need technically. That is where the early bird comes in. You secure the booking now, and we work out everything else afterwards.
Until 31 August, you get 3% off every new booking, whatever the size of the event. Conference, exhibition stand, product presentation or gala – you need neither a finished equipment list nor an agreed schedule. It is enough that the date and the event are confirmed.
How it works:
- You book by 31 August 2026.
- We define the technical requirements and the schedule together afterwards.
- The 3% on the equipment value is deducted from your final invoice.
If your plans change along the way, the 3% stays.

1. 3% discount on all bookings received by us in writing by 31 August 2026. Valid for events taking place in 2026 and 2027, regardless of the size of the event. The discount is calculated on the net equipment value and deducted from the final invoice. Orders already placed are excluded; the discount cannot be applied retrospectively. Technical requirements and the schedule are defined together after the booking. If the scope of the order is reduced at a later stage, we recalculate the discount on the actual net equipment value. The discount cannot be paid out in cash. It can be combined with existing customer conditions, but not with other discount promotions.
