Logistics Coordinator Event Technology Berlin (m/f/d)

Location: The Cue Group Berlin
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediately

You keep the material flowing across every production we run.

You plan stock and schedules across projects running in parallel, resolve overlaps before they become problems, and organize rentals when our own equipment isn't enough?

Then you're exactly who we're looking for.

The Cue Group brings together specialized companies from the events industry to deliver technical excellence at the highest level. At our Berlin-Reinickendorf location, several productions regularly run at the same time. For our technical team, we're looking for you as our Logistics Coordinator for Event Technology, with a focus on inventory management.

This role requires genuine event-technology know-how. You won't be dispatching an anonymous warehouse — you'll be coordinating equipment for live productions. You need to understand what you're handling, how the technology fits together, and what actually matters during a show. Without that background, this role doesn't work.

What you'll be doing

You'll work between the warehouse, the technical team, and project management, and you'll own equipment logistics across every production currently running. Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning, reserving, and allocating equipment across parallel projects
  • Resolving bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts before they affect a project
  • Coordinating deliveries, dispatches, and returns with the warehouse and project management
  • Organizing rentals and liaising directly with suppliers and partners
  • Maintaining inventory and scheduling data so everyone works from the same numbers
  • Monitoring and optimizing the utilization of our own equipment

You'll also occasionally support staff scheduling when needed — for example, cross-checking equipment availability against staff availability. That said, the clear focus of this role is inventory management.

What you bring

  • Essential: Solid knowledge of event technology, whether from formal training, hands-on technical experience, or several years in a comparable industry role
  • Experience in logistics, dispatching, or inventory management, ideally within live communications
  • Confident use of scheduling/dispatch software — we currently work with EasyJob and will switch to Rentman in January, so experience with either system will help you hit the ground running
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a clear head across many parallel processes
  • Clear communication and a good sense of priority when several projects are pulling at once
  • A reliable, follow-through way of working — what you commit to, holds
  • Class B driver's license a plus

Why The Cue Group?

Because working here is more than just another job:

  • Above-average, clearly above-tariff pay, because good logistics planning directly drives the profitability of every project
  • A transparent bonus model with clear KPIs — hit your targets, and your pay grows
  • A permanent, full-time role with responsibility for the entire flow of materials
  • A system migration you help shape, not just inherit
  • Real variety in day-to-day work, since no production schedule is ever the same
  • A well-coordinated team spanning technology, warehouse, and project management
  • Growth opportunities within an expanding group, including across locations
  • Company pension scheme with employer contribution, plus corporate rates on private mobile contracts
