As part of our move to a new and significantly larger warehouse environment at our Berlin location, we are offering the opportunity to actively help shape future processes and structures. We are looking for a committed person who takes responsibility, keeps an overview and acts as the central point of contact for the organization of our warehouse area.
What you can expect
You will work in a professional warehouse environment with event technology and take responsibility for equipment, processes and material flow. Together with the team, you will make sure that processes are clear, stock levels are transparent and materials are reliably prepared for productions:
- Goods receipt, incoming goods inspection and storage
- Picking and preparing event technology for productions
- Organizing and coordinating outgoing goods
- Ensuring order, structure and transparency in the warehouse
- Assisting with inventories and stock checks
- Recording and documenting defects, maintenance and repairs
- Close coordination with scheduling, project management and colleagues from other warehouse areas
- Actively helping to shape and optimize warehouse and logistics processes
- Supporting the development of sustainable and efficient warehouse structures at the Berlin location
You make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you should bring
- Vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse operator or event technology specialist, ideally with experience in handling professional event technology
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities, even under time pressure
- A high level of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different teams
- Resilience and the ability to handle stress, especially during seasonal peak periods
- Willingness to temporarily work additional hours during the high season
- Ideally, knowledge of EasyJob or comparable industry software
- Forklift licence and class B driving licence are an advantage
- Openness to and enthusiasm for AI-supported tools and automation
