As an intern in technical project management at The Cue Group in Berlin-Reinickendorf, you will be involved in real productions — from film premieres and conferences to large-scale events and corporate productions.
What you can expect
You will work closely with our technical project management team and learn how ideas turn into successful events:
- Supporting the development of proposals and technical concepts
- Creating plans, templates and production workflows
- Coordinating with specialists in lighting, audio, video, staging and rigging
- Gaining insight into equipment planning, budgeting and resource allocation
- Supporting technical execution on site
You will quickly understand the bigger picture — and why every detail matters.
What you should bring
- Basic technical understanding and an interest in event production
- Ideally, some initial hands-on experience in one or more technical areas
- Enjoyment of teamwork and clear communication
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of thinking
- Motivation to take responsibility and ask questions
