Integration is not just about processes
The most important question is often whether people come along.
For our growing group of companies, we are looking for a post-merger & integration manager (m/f/d) who not only integrates newly acquired businesses structurally, but — above all — connects people, provides clarity and successfully guides change.
You ensure that individual companies gradually become one strong, unified organisation. This goes far beyond spreadsheets and project plans. It’s about culture, clarity, processes, systems, collaboration and real synergies.
We are not looking for someone who simply manages integration.
We are looking for someone who actively shapes it.
Your mission at The Cue Group
As a post-merger & integration manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in building and developing our group of companies. You will guide newly acquired businesses on their journey into The Cue Group — not just organisationally, but above all on a human level.
You create orientation for leadership teams and employees, harmonise processes, align system landscapes and make synergies tangible. In doing so, you help transform individual companies into a strong, unified organisation.
What you will drive
- You plan and manage the integration of new companies — from preparation through to sustainable implementation in day-to-day operations
- You support people through change, provide clarity and help leaders guide their teams confidently through transitions
- You analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and translate structures into clear, scalable standards
- You harmonise processes across operations, HR, communication, administration, finance and controlling
- You coordinate the integration of software and systems, ensuring a stable and unified operational foundation
- You identify synergy potential, prioritise initiatives and turn ideas into measurable impact
- You create transparency around progress, risks, dependencies and next steps
- You work closely with senior management, leadership teams and central functions
What sets you apart
- Several years of experience in post-merger integration, change management, transformation, organisational development or operational excellence
- A strong understanding of people, teams and cultural dynamics in change processes
- Confident communication at all levels — from senior leadership to operational teams
- Experience in process harmonisation, standardisation and the implementation or integration of software solutions
- A structured, independent and execution-driven way of working
- Strong analytical skills combined with pragmatism and a hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel and very good German language skills (written and spoken)
Why this role is unique
- Because you don’t just integrate companies — you bring people together
- Because you work at the intersection of culture, processes and technology
- Because your impact is immediately visible in collaboration, efficiency and growth
- Because you take on a role with real ownership and close collaboration with executive leadership
What we offer
- A key role with high strategic and operational relevance
- Significant scope for shaping and driving change in a growing group environment
- Direct collaboration with executive leadership and short decision-making paths
- The opportunity to shape systems, standards and collaboration sustainably
- A professional, ambitious environment with a clear long-term perspective
- Attractive conditions and development opportunities
Ready to shape integration — human and effective?
If you see acquisitions not just as transactions, but as an opportunity to truly bring together people, companies and potential, we look forward to your application.
